A Few Shipping Details

Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding postal holidays.

All orders are sent to the address provided at checkout, so please take a moment to make sure everything is correct before placing your order.

If you happen to overpay for shipping, any overage is always refunded the day your order ships.

Smaller orders may ship in a box, paper-padded mailer, compostable mailer, or protective poly mailer. Orders over one pound will ship in a box. All packages are sent via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight.


Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.


Warm Weather Care

Our products are thoughtfully formulated to hold up during warm weather shipping. That said, we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.

For best results, please monitor the tracking and have your order delivered to a location where it can be retrieved promptly.

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages left in hot outdoor conditions.


Sales & Promotions

Coupon codes cannot be combined and are not active during sales.


Payment

All major credit and debit cards are accepted and securely processed through PayPal.


Sales Tax

Ohio sales tax (7.25%) is applied to orders shipped within Ohio. Orders shipped outside of Ohio are not charged sales tax.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final, and refunds aren't offered. 

If we have made a mistake with your order, please get in touch with us, and we will always make it right with you.

We truly want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we encourage you to read through each product description and ingredient list carefully. If you have any questions at all, we’re always happy to help before you order.


If Something Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and contents

This helps us handle things quickly and, if needed, file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please hold onto all items and packaging, as USPS may require inspection.


Delivered but Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, your carrier may have placed it somewhere safe.

We recommend checking:

  • Around your porch, garage, or entryways
  • With others in your household
  • With neighbors
  • Your mailbox (sometimes deliveries arrive separately)
  • Hidden or weather-protected areas (behind planters, under mats, etc.)
  • Apartment offices, parcel lockers, or mailrooms

If theft is suspected, we recommend contacting your local police department.

While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re always happy to help guide you through the next steps.


APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

Yes! We’re happy to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Since the checkout system doesn’t always support this format, please enter a standard domestic address at checkout and include your APO/FPO/DPO address in the order notes. Your package will be shipped via USPS with the proper labeling.


A Note on Scent

Scent is a very personal experience, what smells one way to one person may feel completely different to another.

Each fragrance is carefully researched and described as accurately as possible in the product listing. If you’re unsure about a scent or note, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to offer more detailed descriptions or comparisons.

We may also be able to include a small sample with your order so you can try something new with confidence.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Custom order items are final and cannot be canceled.

For regularly stocked items, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Handmade with Care

Each item is made by hand in small batches, poured and cut individually.

Because of this, slight variations in color, design, shape, and size are completely normal. You may also notice small bubbles or minor imperfections, these are part of what makes each piece unique and truly handmade.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Choose the Local Pickup option at checkout, and we’ll reach out after your order is placed to arrange a convenient pickup time.


Wholesale

Wholesale options are available for most products.

Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients to be gentle and effective. However, everyone’s skin is different, and allergies or sensitivities can happen.
